No oils or lotion for this bodywork. It's done fully clothed and on a massage table!
You will experience a nice firm, but relaxing, compression of your tight, tired,
sore muscles and trigger point areas.

This will provide an invigorating release followed by a gentle stretch of the upper & lower limbs. This bodywork along with the music seletion is intended to "energize" your body and mind.

INTEGRATED THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

This light to deep pressure massage incorporates several different techniques and philosophies
of Bodywork, as well as attention to breathwork. This massage will be different for each
person depending on the particular needs as related to discomfort, muscle tension &
contraction, mild to acute muscle spasms, muscle mobility and chronic pain patterns.

The client's focus on breathwork during this massage promotes a sedative effect on the nervous system and lulls the mind into a deeply relaxed state, which allows this work to be done.
The awareness of  body mechanics as related to your particular lifestyle is also covered and encouraged to promote a general knowledge for self-help and a greater sense of well-being.

It all begins with you using your own intuition in sampling & choosing a single aroma or intuitive blend of essentials to be added to a massage oil.

(This consultation should take about 15 minutes or so)

Effleurage is soothing with gentle, long massage strokes over the body
combined with your choice of blended aromatheraphy oil .

REIKI SESSIONS

Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique that helps us to free and balance
the subtle disruptive stress patterns that impede healing of the body,
mind and spirit.  It helps relieve general discomfort in the body,
alleviates anxiety and supports a sense of overall peacefulness.
Reiki's effectiveness has been evaluated in clinical studies and many
hospitals and clinics offer Reiki programs to support patient recovery.
This bodywork is done fully clothed.

TMJ or SINUS
Release Massage

This massage work helps relieve the discomfort associated with jaw issues from clenching or grinding the teeth as well as the emotional issues related to "keeping our mouth shut".

This bodywork includes work in the area of the shoulders, neck, head and face.

The sinus work helps to clear and releive sinus pressures.
Cold jadette stones may be used, depending on the need.

A lite, scented or unscented, lotion is used but the option of your choice
of aromatherapy essentials added to the lotion is also available.
